My sister and her fiance introduced me to the Yor Health products. They were so excited about the difference they were experiencing in their health and well being, I was inspired to follow their lead, hoping to gain the body of my dreams.

I always love a challenge and now 8 weeks later, I share their excitement about the power of the products.
Starting at a body weight of 56.7 kg and now at the end of the challenge, a weight of 53.1 kg along with abs and muscles I've never had before, I'm ecstatic!!

Initially I was skeptical that I would achieve my goal, but a couple of weeks later, I felt changes that made me realise I could make my dreams come true. My spirits had risen along with my energy levels and I was motivated to exercise more and make positive lifestyle changes.

My routine involved:

* Calculating my daily calorie requirements
* Fitting in exercise sessions at night for one hour, 5-6 times a week. I did 30 mins of high intensity interval training routines, followed by 30mins weight training.
* Clean eating, supported by daily intake of Yor Health products, which included Probiotics, Multivitamins, Supergreens, Berry Blast, Fibre Plus, Chocolate MRP and Repair Ultra.

Putting this routine together has given me the best feelings physically and emotionally that I have ever had before.
A mum at 36, I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm really happy with my transformation.
