My starting weight was 72kg and my final weight was 71kg. The products I used were the MRP, digest ultra, probiotics, fibre, super greens and berry blast. I took each product on a daily basis. I went walking/running at least 4 times a week, I did strength training 3-5 days a week which included 3 bootcamps a week.
At the end of this challenge I look back and knew I could have done better. When I look at my weight and see I didn't reach my target goal I could get very disappointed with myself. But I'm not going to because I know that I have lost inches of all parts of my body, I know my physical strength and endurance has improved immensely. I had monthly tests taken from my naturopath that proved that my toxicity levels in my body had decreased substantially over the last 8 weeks. My BMI has dropped and I went down to 2.7% in body fat. My cells in my body have improved and my muscle quality has also improved. So I could look in the mirror and be disappointed or I could look at the facts and see that YOR Health has made a huge difference internally to my body. I have 3 children that keep me very busy, along with our businesses and in the last 3 months my stamina and energy has increased and my desire to continue on this journey of healthy living is growing by the day. On this journey I was able to see where I at times sabotage myself, my mind became a lot clearer and focused. Overall I am a lot more happier within myself and have started to enjoy the body I have, take more care of it and teach my children how to do the same. Thank you
