Hey! So this is my second 8WC and I did this mostly to be accountable and to get rid of the Christmas weight I gained while I stopped working out for 2 months! Ii can't believe I did that and admittedly fell into a bad rut and took the previous 8WC win for granted.
Overall, I believe that this challenge was about getting back into the routine of looking after myself and making sure that my health was my number 1 priority again!
I always use the Go Green Set which has all 4 pillars of health covered and I always love the extra energy I get to go through my day. Towards the end, final two weeks I started training twice a day and if I had more time I would have loved to have done 3 workouts a day! haha That is how great I felt.
I do strength training 3 x a week and yoga 4-5 x a week in the recent weeks leading to the end. I have made a choice to consciously be more self aware and that is part of my journey now. My final weight, I was not too focused on this as I do know that as muscle builds weight gains so overall shape was the focal point for me.
This challenge has really taught me a valuable lesson that we can really take our health fro granted and now I know that I can relate to many of my customers and future customers and help them through this when this problem comes about.
If it wasn't for YOR Health products I really do not know what I would have done as my digestive health and mental clarity has just never been better. During this challenge I also decided to quit the procrastination and do a fit comp in Melbourne in preparation for Miami! I want to inspire and lead by example and it is only up to me to do that! I also want to be up on that Podium and claim first prize overall 1. because I am shy, and 2. because YOR Health was the first time I have only ever won anything in my life haha
