Cuando comencé a probar los productos, la verdad los tomaba pero sin tanta seguridad de que funcionaría, ya que antes intentaba bajar de peso, y lo lograba, pero era muy dificil para mi porque me costaba mucho mantenerme en una dieta estricta y la verdad era algo que me afectaba mucho en mi auto imagen. La verdad qie me sorprendieron muchísimo los productos, porque supere mi meta que eran 6 kilos y la alcance antes de concluir mi reto. Yo me tomaba primero que nada en cuanto me levantaba un probiótico, la malteada en la mañana sustituyendo mi alimento, una encima digestiva con cada comida alrededor de las tres de la tarde, a media tarde no podía faltar mi berry blast y en la noche nuevamente sustituía la cena con mi deliciosa yorshake. Hoy estoy súper contenta ya que logre bajar poco más de 8 kilos!!! Para mi eso es muy satisfactorio pero no me quedaré ahi, seguiré trabajando en mejorar mi figura y mi autoestima.
