hola amigos de Yor. mi intención de este reto era subir 2 kg de músculo para llegar a mi peso ideal, de 71kg de peso inicial a 73kg de peso final y lo logré tal cual.
Me tomo la Malteada YOR MRP al despertar, y una manzana, con eso me voy al gimnasio en el cual hago 23-40 min de cardio a pulsaciones de 130 a 148 / min. esto con el fin de calentar y quemar grasa. Así continuo con una rutina de pesas convencional y en sistema de circuito y alternando áreas específicas por día. Durante el ejercicio me tomaba 2 medidas de Yor Muscle. esto de lunes a viernes y el sábado un poco de sardio como correr o bici. El domingo descanso. Después del ejercicio entre semana desayuno a base proteína animal, a media mañana un sándwich,entre las 14:00 y 15:00 horas Yor Digest junto con una comida balanceada, 3 horas después malteada Yor MRP con una medida de Supergreens. al rededor de las 20:oo hrs una cena balanceada.
Como saben este es mi segundo Reto YOR y como lo comente en el primer reto que hice, El reto te impulsa a disciplinarte en tus hábitos alimenticios y de ejercicio, por lo que después de los 40 días de reto te das cuenta de que el vivir, y alimentarte sanamente ya es un hábito. La continuidad de este hábito de vivir sano es cosa fácil una ves que llegues a el.
