Hola soy Maru.
Hace 8 semanas empece este gran reto pesando 112 kilos. Pensando, que ojala no fuera un tratamiento mas del cual fuera a tirar mi dinero una vez mas. En estos momentos peso 104 kilos, me siento muy contenta, porque fisicamente y animicamente me siento muy bien, crei q no volveria a sentirme y a verme asi, aunque se que solo esto es un comienzo.
Al despertar tomaba el priobiotics y repair; a las 8:30 la malteada con dos medidadas y una de fibra, y 2 vitaminas; a las 2:30 el supergreens y berry; a las 5:30 antes de la comida digest ultra y a las 9:00 la malteada con 2 medidas y una de fibra, una de repair y 2 vitaminas.
He aprendido a q cada 3 horas debo tomar alimentos, cosa q no hacia, pues por mi trabajo habia ocasiones que una o dos comidas a lo mucho hacia; por mi problema en las rodillas, el exceso de trabajo y el poco tiempo libre, no hacia nada de ejercicio, pero en este reto me propuse ademas salir a caminar x lo menos 3 o 4 dias, de treinta a cuarenta minutos; el cual me ayudo mucho para sentirme tambien un poco menos pesada; realmente ha sido un gran reto y un objetivo que espero muy pronto alcanzar, con su apoyo.
