Disclaimer- I've been moving for my last 3 days of the challenge, which has thrown off my diet, product regimen, and workouts completely, so these after pics are not as good as they could've been.
This challenge was great, I only went from 180 to 177 in weight, but I did drop from 27% body fat to 24% body fat, which was my main goal. I've also seen significant strength gains at the gym.
I went on a steady eating pattern of 2100 calories with 45% carb 35% protein 20% fat
This challenge proved to be a challenge as I over exercised and got sick midway through. Learning to scale back and incorporate 1-2 rest days per week was crucial in my adjustment.
I started doing daily

1-2 shakes
1 berry blast / supergreens
2 repair ultra
After a few weeks I started doing 0-1 shakes & 2-3 berry blast/supergreens
