hola!!! soy elo y es mi pimer reto.
me tomo todos los productos incluyendo el yor muscle energy pues hago gym diario y cargo pesas
perdi 10 kilos en mi reto de 8 semanas, mi meta era perder 8, el primer mes fue perdida de peso excesivo, pues ahi perdi 8 kilos, las ultimas 4 semanas perdi solo 2 kilos pero visualmente se ve muy agresivo el cambio, estoy super contenta por los resultados que tuve ya que sufro sobre peso desde los 6 año y llevo mucho tiempo combatiendo la obesidad, ahorita estoy pesando 80 kilos, pero yo llegue a pesar hace unos años atras 128 kilos, yo veia imposible bajar tanto, pero con yor health nada es imposible.
