I had never entered a challenge like this before, working as a PT previously i had trained people in challenges similar to this and seen their dedication, commitment and excitement when their goals were achieved.

I had been using the YOR health products for around a month before a group of us decided we would all jump on board and do the 8 week challenge.

From day 1 I was keen and excited to smash my goals and get amazing results i knew if i stuck to the products and trained hard it would be possible.

Doing Cardio in the morning and weights at night saw a huge change in the first few weeks, i had almost hit my goal weight and my body fat % was down.

I kept this up, just increasing the intensity to keep my body guessing and keep getting the results.

although i don't have the 6 pack i wanted (i found out its really hard for girls to get this) i am still so happy with my results. (and will keep at it till i get my 6 pack :))

I found that YOR health products have just helped me in getting the results i wanted faster. The only major change in my diet was rather than having an egg white omelette for breakfast I now have the MRP and half a banana for breakfast - this has made a huge difference and i will continue this.

Taking part in a challenge like this has just proved that once you put your mind to it and you are determined anything is possible. Don't get me wrong there were days that I struggled and found it hard to stick to or get to the gym, but i knew it was all worth it and the results are the proof.

I have never felt more confident about my body then I do now, and the best part is that I know that the products I used/am using to help me get here are only doing good things for my body not destroying my insides like other product i have used in the past.

I would recommend anyone to do this challenge and use the YOR health products as I so happy with the results and the products.
