Cuando empecé con el reto de 8 semanas me la lleve "dalay", incluso hubieron dos semanas en las que de plano no consumí el producto ni hice lo más mínimo de ejercicio.

Estoy sorprendido por el resultado, puesto que además de que reducí mucho en talla, mi tiempo de fondos disminuyó en 5minutos y ya tengo la resistencia para fondear 10k (repair funciona para recuperaciones rápidas :D).

Otro cambio que noté, es con el uso del super greens, tolero mejor las desveladas, es decir, no me agotó, no me pongo de mal humor y me dejó de arder la piel. El trabajo artesanal lleva mucho tiempo, y con ello desveladas, super greens ha hecho que aguante mas la larga jornada del trabajo artesanal.

No pensé en disminuir tanto en medidas, en mi foto de perfil, la espalda se me ve mas recta y en la de la espalda, bueno, fue la que más me sorprendió!!!

Comenzaré un nuevo ciclo dando mi 100%, jugando al 70% obtuve este resultado, jugando al 100% estoy seguro que serán resultados extraordinarios.
