Hi my name is Selena Aguilar. I can’t believe it’s been 8 weeks already! 8 weeks ago I signed up for the YOR Health 8 Week Challenge-not really expecting much change because I tried so many things to lose weight. I remember before this I went to the gym for 3 months straight and I only lost 1lb! YES just 1lb for all of my hard work! I was 18 years old and I was already giving up because I lost all hope. But when I was introduced to the YOR Health products and saw everyone with results it gave me new hope. I just had to try it for myself! And I’m so glad I did!
I started the challenge weighing at 163lbs. My goal was to lose 20lbs but I came really close! I lost a total of 18lbs. And to me it is still incredible to look at my picture and to see how far I came. I’m super proud of myself!! I have a new found confident and very excited! Because before I would NEVER wear jeans! I only wore sweat pants to go to school and everywhere because my jeans were always so tight and my muffin top would roll over. But now not only I could wear my jeans again but they are LOOSE!!!
YOR Health and the team here have been amazing. They believed in me more than I believed in myself. I definitely cannot do this without them and of course with the YOR Health products. Because of these last 8 weeks my life has changed in so many ways.. And for those of you who are starting a similar journey, your life is about to change! Things will be better.
