Entrar a yor cambio mi vida. Pensaba que por comer "saludable" y hacer ejercicio constante podría llegar a mis objetivos, pero era muy difícil. En ya varios años de entrenar y probar muchos productos nunca había obtenido el resultado que logre al incrementar 2.5 kg de masa muscular magra y bajar 1 kg de grasa.
Consumi toda la línea de productos; empezando el día con el repair y la malteada y las vitaminas. Para darle punch a los entrenamientos tomaba el berry blast y el muscle energy, por la tarde tomaba el supergreens y el digest con otro par de vitaminas. Y en la noche volvía a tomar la malteada con la fibra y por último los probioticos.
Mi rutina constó de 4 días intensos de pesas y cardio dividiendo dos músculos por día y ejercicio cardiovascular.
