The 8-Week Challenge was one of the greatest periods of my life waking up with so much ambition and fire in the belly to achieve a better me each and every day!
Before the challenge i was fairly unmotivated to achieve massive health results and cut the body fat as i am extremely busy with businesses and study but to be honest it was really just a little constant effort each day and consistency with the power of plant based nutrition i was able to set myself up to achieve even more productivity within my work days, I wish i could have been able to try 100% with this but with all my power i could only put in around 60% to achieve this and i was extremely happy to see the outcome!!!
The education from YOR Health and people involved helped me get in the best shape by using the Sculpt Set to really take life and productivity to another level both physically and mentally!!!.
Took the Supergreens, Probiotics, MRP, Digest, Berry blast & Repairs at all the right times and gave me constant energy and vitality 24/7. plus was able to run off 4-5hrs sleep when times were busy.
Exercised when i could as I'm really busy but was at least 5 times a week with a vary of weights and cardio training.
Im going to keep this shape plus further it from the education received and help others to become a better version of themselves.
