I started my 8 week challenge at 379 and ended at 380. The products I've been using were from the slim set which consisted of Yor Shake, Probiotics Ultra, and Digest Ultra. I replaced the Berry Blast with Complete Burn and also added Supergreens, Yor Fiber Plus and Repair Ultra. I took the products every day at least 3 times a day with 1 to 2 meals as part of my regiment. I exercised 3-4 times a week. This challenge has given me the opportunity to understand how my body works when getting perfect nutrition. I went thinking for a long time that I was doing something with my eating or working out practices while taking the products. Although it amount of weight doesn't match the before and after. I am happy with it. I've lost 3 inches on my waist line making it a total of 11 since ive been on the challenge with full focus. I'm excited for what I will become and now have a clear vision of my dream body!!
