estoy muy contento con mi peso final, y lamentablemente no pude tonificar mi cuerpo ya que no tuve la oportunidad de ir al GYM, a causas del clima y muchas tareas, me fue imposible ir al GYM, sin embargo logre bajar 10Lbs y me siento de maravilla, mi colesterol alto se normalizo, y lo mejor de todo es que ya puedo usar la ropa que no me quedaba, mi dieta consistia en que las primeras dos semanas me almorzaba mi MRP con supergreens y Yor Fiber, comia con una pastilla de digest ultra y cenaba una MRP, las ultimas 6 semanas, estuve cenando algo leve.
