I'm glad they call it a challenge because weightloss is a challenge. There are do many physical and emotional issues tied into the process that at times it can be the most difficult undertaking.

I have continued to use my Yor Health Slim Set daily. A probiotic upon waking. An MRP for breakfast and and MRP for lunch. I enjoy them most shaken with crushed ice. I eat a sensible dinner and use a digest ultra with any solid food.

In addition to my slim set, I have also been using Supergreens and Fiber every morning every morning and my overall health is much better as a result. After battling digestive issues for years, my digestive health remains greatly improved!

I only lost 8 pounds on my current challenge. I find it a success as the scale is still moving in the right direction. In addition to my weight, I have been battling some physical issues which overwhelmed my focus on the challenge this cycle. My back has continued to deteriorate. We're trying to get a clear picture in exactly what is wrong however the pain and the lack of mobility has been frustrating. Physical Therapy has not worked. Most medications have not adequately addressed the pain and I have been stuck on the couch "just trying to find a position" that's half way bearable. I tried to work through it with PT and doing private personal training with an instructor at the gym but the pain became too intense. I cannot walk for more than a few hundred feet or stand for more than 5 minutes without losing feeling in my legs. So again, it's been the products and diet with no exercise to enhance the weight loss. The exercise was a large component of the success in previous challenges.

In February I was also hospitalized with double pneumonia and spent a week in the hospital receiving IV antibiotics and breathing treatments and then had another week of recuperation at home. That took a lot out of me.

It's a testament to the products that despite having minimal focus snd energy, I still managed to lose weight!

I know that my weightloss journey is going in the right direction and thanks to the Yor Health products and team support, I know I have the tools got success.

Emotionally, it has been a little bit of a roller coaster as despite my weight loss, it feels like I'm back on the couch and unable to enjoy life with the family.

Next week I start aqua therapy and follow up with a neurologist to hopefully get some treatment options and move forward.

I'm jumping right into challenge #5 and am trying to keep my "why" front and center and continuing my "commit to get fit" pledge.

Thank you Yor Health.
