Empece a tomar los producto de Yor Health primero porque son naturales, a parte yo quería tener unos kilos menos. Lo cual fue mi sorpresa, porque esta línea me dio un cambio especial no solo por los kg menos; sino porque te sientes bien por dentro y por fuera.
No me fue difícil cambiar lo que desayunaba por la malteada ya que tienen un rico sabor y te van gustando y más cuando empiezas a ver los resultados que son inmediatos. A medio dia realizaba mi primera colacion con el superGreens. Mi almuerzo normal acompañado de una capsula de las Digest ultra. Por las tardes salia a caminar al malecon y tomaba de nuevo mi jugo verde (superGreens). En mi cena me preparaba mi Mrp con agua fria. Y antes de dormir me tomaba mis probioticos.
Me gustaron mucho los productos sobre todo cuando empiezas a ponerte esos pantalones que ya no te entraban jajaja y dices wow wow y sobre todo tu metabolismo cambia, te sientes ligerita, vientre suave jeje :D
