hola.. soy mama de dos nenes lindos y toda la vida e luchado con mi peso y a partir de mi embarazo gane mucho peso, probé con dietas y otros productos de los cuales no vi grandes resultados pero conocí este reto y me llamo mucho la atención yo estaba pesando 117 kl cuando inicie el reto y hoy peso 108 kl. la verdad estoy muy contenta por los beneficios que obtuve en el camino. todas las mañanas iniciaba tomando el super green después desayunaba la malteada con la fibra y lo curioso es que me llenaba y no se me antojaba tanto las gusgeras, después en mi comida me tomaba el digestivo y por la noche en ocasiones me cenaba la malteada. solo hacia ejercicio 2 veces por semana por el lapso de 1 hr.lo que mas me gusto de este programa de nutrición fue que me animaron a nuevamente creer que puedo recuperar mi peso ideal por que aun sin tanto esfuerzo vi resultados que sera cuando en verdad me lo proponga y es por eso que nuevamente me integrare a este reto con mucha mas dedicación.
