I can't believe how far I've come in just 8 weeks. It's taken me over two years to get back into the gym after the birth of my daughter. I had to work with my weak knees and everything thing else the body is subjected to after labour.

Comparing my fitness level today to Day 1, I am so much stronger, fitter and happier. I used to feel sluggish and tired a lot which I realised attributed to not just my fitness but also my eating habits.

With my fantastic trainer Hollie Hassan, I'm making better and healthier food choices, along with my daily dose of Supergreens in the morning with Berry Blast, Digest Ultra with my meals and Probiotics Ultra before sleep at night.

I train with Hollie twice a week for 30mins each time and I work out a further 20mins after. I also try to do my own program another two days a week. It's very motivating to see what I can do and how far I've come. I now have more stamina to run around with my daughter and I'm able to climb more than 3 flights of stairs without huffing and puffing!

I am looking forward to my final weigh in and photos next week. Perhaps I might take on another challenge. If not, I am determined to continue on my journey and reach my ultimate goal weight of 65kg.
