WOW Finally finished my 8 week challenge and I managed to reach my goal weight, so pleased with myself. It has been an amazing journey, my stamina is greater, I feel so much more full of life and energy. Thank you Yor Health. The change I feel within me has given me a greater zest for life.
Although I am still plagued with knee problems and I got sick with a flu bug in the middle of the challenge I have managed to loose 4 inches off my waist.
My daily journey starts with a mixed shake of super greens, berry blast, MRP and fibre, within 10 minutes I feel ready to take on the world. Then a walk along the beach with the dogs before shower and work. Breakfast is usually rice crackers and vegemite. Morning tea is a piece of fruit. Lunch (my main meal of the day) is a pre-planned meal taken with Yor Digest Ultra and vitamins. Afternoon tea is another shake. Dinner after I have walked the dogs again and done some core work is soup and crackers. Then before bed I take my probiotics ultra and a repair ultra.
I also go to an amazing bootcamp run by my son a YOR Health rep twice a week. It has set an preference for taking control of my health and weight and I am keen to continue my journey.
