Resultado final 8 semanas del reto - Marzo 23 de 2013

El reto es una experiencia única que permite una gran compromiso personal.

Tenia unas expectativas muy altas con mi reto, bajar 17 libras, no lo logre!!! tengo que reconocer que me deje llevar por las delicias del YOR IN que no me ayudaron en mi reto físico pero eso si mi reto emocional, este va al 100%.
En el YOR IN no me cuide y en mi estadía en Monterrey menos...
Tengo retos que enfrentar: Encontrar el tiempo para hacer ejercicio ya que en este primer reto no hice ni 3 horas en total, Que tal¡Verdad? Seguir con mi plan de alimentación sugerido por las nutricionistas. Continuar con la malteada, el quemador y el digest.
Quedo contenta con lo logrado hasta la fecha, aunque no satisfecha con los resultados.
Me di cuenta que con la ayuda del reto las metas son alcanzables si son reales y que acompañada la vida es mas fácil. En ningún momento, del reto, quise desistir... ni me sentí agobiada con mi intención de bajar peso, es toda una aventura.
Ya me escribiré a mi segundo reto y allí voy con todo.
