This is my 3rd challenge since I started taking the products and I've never been more committed throughout the entire 8 weeks. As a Ballroom dancer, I'm already very active all day long, so I had to do new and different things if I wanted to see change in my body. My goal this challenge was to increase my strength by weight lifting and doing new exercises and of course using the products and eating well.
After fracturing my back and damaging nerves in my neck in 2008 from Ice Dancing, I haven't been able to lift weights without getting a migraine or being in lots of pain the next day, so committing to weight lifting at least 3 times a week was scary for me. I started slow with PT exercises and worked my way into lifting and gradually increasing weight. My body feels much stronger and my dancing has improved because of this. My over all health and well being has improved! I feel great!
My weight training consisted of taking a body pump class on Tuesday, where it combines weight lifting while building endurance, legs and core on Thursday, upper body and core on Saturday. On Monday and Wednesday I'd teach a LaBLast Class, which is a dance fitness program and on Friday I would run.
During this challenge I ran in my first 5k and finished in 27 minutes. It was one of the coolest feelings and greatest accomplishments!For a different form of cardio I started Figure Skating once a week.
My daily products consist of taking Repair and Probiotics when I wake followed by Super greens. I'd go workout then have my first meal with the Digest Ultra and Vitamins. A few hours later, after teaching a few dance lessons, I'd make an MRP with Fiber and Almond butter. If I needed a pick me up during the day, or if I had a long day of dancing and exercise, I'd have a Berry Blast. Id take the Digest ultra and vitamins with my second meal.
