In my attempt to reach my goal of 185 lbs. I used the MRP and Super Greens. My plan was to use the MRP and Super Greens to replace one meal a day. I have to admit I did not stick to this plan as well as I could have. But, even with that I was able to get within 3 lbs. of my goal. Most weeks I stuck to getting in 3 days of gym time.
This has shown me the products when used in conjunction with an exercise regimen do work. I plan on doing another 8 week challenge and to follow the regimen more closely knowing that I will get results. This time, I also want to improve my diet beyond cutting out the fast food like I did in this challenge.
