I can't say it's been a easy 8 weeks, but I can say all the work was well worth it. Personally, I have always set a high standard on myself. So seeing me let myself go like that and look the way I did, did not make me feel happy or proud about myself. I knew I had to do something about it, that's when I decided that I should get on the challenge. Seeing all the people with their results, I knew this thing had to work. Before I started the challenge, I actually went into a short stage of depression because of my weight and just other things in my life in general. I was at a low point in my life and was disgusted with myself, I could feel laziness and excuses setting in and I wasn't happy about where I was headed. It was the first time I actually, truly understood how people on the larger side felt about exercise and fitness because I didn't want to go the gym, I didn't want to exercise, I didn't want to eat healthy, I didn't want to do anything. I knew it would of been easier to just give up and give in, we like to take the easy route to things but I couldn't allow myself to do that. And another significant event happened during this time, I was told that I was on the boarder line of having high blood pressure, I was in stage 2 hypertension. I always knew something was bound to eventually happen eating the things I ate and eating it in such large amounts.. I just didn't know when. But finding out I was at risk of having high blood pressure at such a young age I knew I had to make a change immediately. And I knew that once you get high blood pressure it's much much harder to get out of it than to prevent it, so I committed myself to the challenge. Along with taking the products, I started eating better and exercising more often. And within the first few days I started feeling more energy, better mental clarity, and saw the results coming instantly! This got me excited and motivated to push harder, I wanted to win first place in my challenge group! So I worked hard, stayed consistent in the gym and consistent on my products and I noticed my results getting better and better every day. I started the challenge weighing roughly around 182lbs, and my actually goal weight was to get to at least 175lbs by the end of it, but I far exceeded my goal and ended up weighing in at 162lbs by the end of my challenge! This has been an humbling and amazing experience for me. I was able to create a healthier lifestyle for myself from it and I would like to share this challenge with everyone because I believe we have something really special here. If you have been wanting to make a change, I encourage you to join the challenge. Wishing you all the best of luck on your journey to your best body!
