YORhealth 8 week challenge made a difference!!

As of today the challenge to my fitness over last 8 weeks came to an end!

My goal was to boost my energy level by getting fitter so that I can physically manage my busy work life without heaps of cups of coffee and energy drinks.

Thanks to my friends who encouraged me to get off my arse and to join boot camps twice a week with a healthy BBQ, going for a walk/run, sharing motivation with fellow 8 week challengers. These have changed my fitness AND social life! There were times regretting doing too much after exercise but taking one repair tablet helped me to overcome that emotions and made my muscles bigger and stronger!

Now my appearance shows not only the best body I ever achieved but also myself having stronger inner energy, feeling healthier and more confident in my bikini!!! Today I get through my day easily with a shot of Super Green/ Berry blast combo every day. Yummmm!
