The products I used to take was the occasional protein shake, only to really get bananas and things down I can't eat on their own. While during this eight week challenge I used up left over protein for shakes.

I managed to cut out my weekly double dose of red bull/V energy drinks. Every Saturday morning before cricket without fail i'd drink this stuff to get me up for the game. I replaced this with a light morning workout and "Berry Blast".

"Berry Blast" showed me I didn't need red bull as long as I combined it with a light Saturday morning work out. Id turn up to cricket fizzing instead of trying to perk up with an energy drink.

"Repair Ultra" is great for after cricket. I use this stuff before going to bed to recover after a heavier workout. I feel it works a bit but I am stretching more.

The "Super Greens" are awesome! Just love it, straight, mixed with juice. I feel it has substance and keeps me regular. Cant talk this stuff up enough.

I increased my fitness two fold, from 3 days of activity to 5 or 6 days of activity. Cricket training/game, two boot camps and 2 weight sessions.

Overall the eight week challenge has instilled some good habits physically and learnt a lot along the way. Learning from other healthy people has been great. In a small way I have actually started an 68 year challenge.
