This was my first 8 week challenge and I'm really happy with the results. I'm working in the doctor’s office where we work long hours and we are not eating the most healthiest foods. Patients bring us treats that we leave in the kitchen for us to take when we have a little brake. When I signed up for the challenge I started using MRP shake in the morning for breakfast with Digest Ultra and Complete Burn. I had sandwich, soup or salad for lunch with Essential Vitamins,Complete Burn and Digest Ultra. Sometimes I would replace my lunch with MRP shake and had bigger meal at dinner with Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamins. I would drink Berry Blast in the morning and Supergreens in the afternoon. Before bedtime I would I would take Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra on empty stomach. I would try to exercise at least 2-3 days a week doing some cardio and also taking zumba classes. Since I started my 8 week challenge I have more energy and I feel great. I focus more on eating better food since I developed healthier habits through the challenge.
