Inicie el reto pesando 66 kg baje 6 kilos lo cual nunca había logrado hacer con dietas, lo mas increíble es que baje dos tallas y recupere la figura que tenia antes del embarazo de mis dos niñas, adicionalmente YOR me ayudo a eliminar todos los problemas digestivos que tenia, principalmente el de intestino perezoso.
