My 2nd Challenge:
What I love about this cycle challenge that I'm in?

I had set my mind and focus on the weight I wanted to be, 115 lbs, and I had achieved it with determination, strong focus and a never-give-up attitude. Even when sometimes the motivation is not there, I still kept going.

The first month of my challenge I went to the gym twice a day 3 days a week doing classes. I took 1 hour classes which consisted of kickboxing, pure muscle tone, abs glutes and butt, or Zumba classes. I took one of those classes 6 days a week.

The hard part is eating clean, but this challenge had got me doing research and reaching out for help on food. And it was fun! I learned that eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. Be creative and being prepared a couple days ahead, kept me on track. I became a fan of peanut butter, avocado, yogurt, brown rice and best of all I don't even need salad dressing in my salad anymore, which cuts down the fats or any artificial flavoring from my diet. I'm very proud and happy with myself this cycle.

I feel very satisfied with my results and I love promoting Yorhealth products to friends I meet! With my busy schedule and having 4 kids to take care of, that can not be my excuse to not get into shape. Better yet, it motivates me even more.

"Focus, Keep moving, Don't give up, Think about the end results, and sexy me" these were the words I repeated in my head when there's no motivation.
