Wow! This 8 week challenge has been eye opening to me as far as what my body was able to do. For this 8 week challenge, I decided to do it on a strictly VEGETARIAN diet!! I learned that there are a lot of foods out there that can provide additional protein besides meat, but planning to buy and prepare those foods is VERY difficult! Fortunately, I had all my favorite YOR Health products to sustain the nutrients my body needed to keep energized. The products helped me to maintain my weight and though I didn't gain any additional weight during this challenge, I became more lean and got rid of most of the fat on my body. My daily regimen consisted of waking up and having 2 glasses of water along with my YOR Probiotic and Repair capsules. Then I would have a light snack for breakfast along with a YOR MRP and head out the door to start my day. If I had Strawberries or Bananas available at home, I would blend them into my Vanilla MRP for a healthy, filling breakfast. At the office, around 1030-11 am I would have my supergreens mixed with orange juice and then by 1230 pm have my lunch with a YOR digestive enzyme. In the afternoon I would have a Berry Blast to power me through until the end of the day and through my workout. After workouts I would have an MRP with Peanut Butter, which became my new favorite way to have MRP!!! At night, I would have a repair capusle with bed. Over the course of the day I would drink 8-10 glasses of water (8oz) to keep my body healthy!!!
