My name is Malisa.
My friend introduced me to the Yor Health products and I love them!!
This year I became a parent of a beautiful baby girl. I realized that I needed to lose weight to ensure that I would be there for her. My weight had risen to 268 pounds. I had no energy. I dreaded getting up in the morning and my eating habits were very poor. I had to make a change.
I purchased a "Slim Set" and take all the products. My day starts with a probiotic and I replace 2 meals with the MRPS. I love to mix them in the blender with a banana. The Berry Blast actually has me drinking water again and I have a sensible dinner with a digest ultra.My eating habits are getting much better and I am in control.
The products are great. I lost 15 pounds on my challenge! I have energy and I can get up in the morning!! I have even started walking.
