When I first started the challenge I was 185 lbs., now I am 179 lbs. I loved Yor Health products so much! Just replacing my meals with the Yor MRP really makes a big difference. I am satisfied just by taking the meal replacement. No more looking for seconds for me. The super green is just incredible. It really give me all the serving of fruits and vegetables that I needed through out the day. My favorite product that I love using the most is the complete burn. I Use it everyday when waking up and when I go out jogging. It gives me that extra energy boost that I need to continue going during my jogs. I've never gotten anywhere before when I try to losing weight but now I can actually see exactly where I am going.
