Hola, estoy muy contento de poder decirles a todos que estoy terminando mi ciclo de reto personal numero cuatro
me siento mejor que nunca con mucha energia ,solo por el hecho de tomarme los productos YOR HEALTH ya soy un ganador ,y es bien facil me tomo el repair y los probioticos en ayunas mas o menos a las seis y media de la mañana ,como a las ocho de la mañana mi yor shake de chocolate o vainilla ,o mezclada una medida de cada una,acompañada de dos medidas de fiber plus,como a las diez una fruta ya sea manzana,una pera ,un mango o una naranja ,al mediodia mi comida junto con la comida una capsula de digest ultra , a media tarde el super greens mezclado con 200ml de agua ,ya despues de mi trabajo salgo a caminar unos 45 minutos y en la noche nuevamente yor shake,asi de sencillo ese es mi regimen que me ha dado resultados ,ahora que ya esta entrando el calor a las bebidas si se le agregan unos hielos sabran deliciosas y de repente que me desvelo con el berry blast ando super alerta,espero que a alguien le pueda servir este regimen y se llege a sentir como yo con mucha energia y muy feliz ,bueno pues nos vemos en el proximo reto y tambien nos vemos en el proximo evento de corre por diamante en monterrey doce y trece de abril....saludos y gracias.......
