Que bueno que empece con el reto, de 187 libras que pesaba ahora estoy en 174 libras y me siento mas ligero y la ropa que quedaba muy apretada ahora me queda excelente y otra me queda grande, mis amigos se sorprenden y algunos ya están probando YOR.
La primer semana empece tomándome una malteada reforzada con super Green, fiber plus y Berry Blast por la mañana y una malteada pura por la noche, me tome una capsula de Yor Digest en la comida y baje 3 kilos en esa semana y lo mas sorprendente fue que ya no tenia panza, por lo que decidí mejor tomar una sola malteada reforzada al día y en la segunda semana empece a dar 5 vueltas a la manzana trotando, consumí YOR Repair y pude ver como el dolor de las articulaciones fue desapareciendo.
Puede sentir el cambio de energía en mi cuerpo y en ocaciones no me daba cuenta de que ya era hora de dormir, jajajajaja. Sigo corriendo de 3 a 5 veces a la semana y empece a hacer unas abdominales, por que ahora quiero entrar al reto de definición muscular, así que por aquí nos seguiremos viendo.
