Hello everyone!
My journey for this 8 week challenge has been an extreme roller coaster ride. A lot of major events has happened during this time, and I know I have allowed them to stop me from achieving my goals :/... My workouts were inconsistent and taking my products were inconsistent.
Although, I'm happy to say that the strictness for my regimen has gotten much better by the end of this cycle of the 8 week challenge for me. I've been able to drop some of the weight I wanted off! Down to 118lbs :) I've realized that the only person stopping me is me. The only person making an excuse for myself is me, and there should be no excuses.
My main product favorites are most definitely the digest ultra, fiber plus, and probiotics! :) They definitely helped me a great deal with my meals and also to release all that I consume much more smoothly. When it comes to traveling and busy schedules, they were lifesavers!
I think for awhile... I was stuck in a bit of depression. I lacked the belief in my own self worth. But as time went on and I saw the positive changes I was making, the belief in my own self worth increased.
Why do I allow others to shift my emotions so strongly? I don't know. But I know everyone is human. And the only person able to control my emotions is me. The only person allowing others to influence my emotions is me.
No one should affect your drive! No one should make you feel like you aren't worth it. You are absolutely worth EVERYTHING and more. Love yourself, because no one will love you as much as you do.
I still to this point in time, have a hard time looking in the mirror and truly agreeing with that phrase. "I Love You". But I am grateful for the opportunity to have such a spiritual journey within myself.
I will truly commit to my fitness goals, health goals, and wealth goals. I know there is a lot of learning to do, for each and every day. Look forward to my next 8 week challenge!!!
