Estoy super contento por haber tomado la decision de inscribirme a este reto de 8 semanas.
Que me hizo tomar accion sobre la manera en que estaba llevando a cabo mi salud en general.
Yo tengo poco mas de dos años de haber conocido los productos, y desde el inicio me he tomado todas las lineas, pero a diferencia en estas 8 semanas me discipline haciendo ejercicio de 4 a 5 veces por semana, elimine por completo el alcohol, he estado comiendo mas saludable y tomando mucha agua. De igual manera lleve a cabo las recomendaciones de horario y uso de los productos de manera mas puntual.
Empece el reto pesando 173 Lbs y estoy terminandolo con 163 Lbs, por lo que estoy feliz de haber perdido esas 10 libras :D !
Definitivamente influyo mucho el sustituir mi cena ordinaria, por una rica malteada.
En verdad me siento muy feliz por haber tenido este primer logro en mi apariencia fisica y en general en mi salud, me motiva a continuar cuidandome y sobre todo a seguir promoviendo y compartiendo una filosofia saludable y una filosofia de poder ver la vida de manera positiva y feliz!
