8 weeks ago I started my second 8 week challenge with a shit load more motivation than my last one. my previous challenge was a disappointment as I did not apply myself in the 3 areas its going to take to get realists or even place in something like this.
With the back end of summer inside these 2 months I did not lay off the drinks and food as much as I would have liked on weekends, but each week got stuck into my training and reasonably healthy eating.
For months my housemate was trying to get me into the cross fit world to give it a crack and I never thought twice when I denied her invitation. Having a serious think about the results I have seen in these challenges I needed something more than a weight program to get myself in the running and feeling on top of my game, so I signed up to Rosebud Crossfit day 1 of this challenge.
After no kind of training since November last year as you can imagine the first week was a struggle with recovery, from there the sessions did not get easier but I was getting better and I thrived of that feeling. Pretty soon after I found myself there at least 4 times a week.
I am extremely happy with my results here and I know that I can improve for my next one, what I have to do is clear in my mind but its always harder when you put yourself to the test.
For the 8 weeks, I religiously stuck to the product program!!
Supergreens, Berry Blast and Fiber in the morning. Berry Blast/supergreens pre-workout, MRP and Repair afterwards . Eating a large amount of food so the Digestive Enzymes and Essential Vitamins were doing their thing during the day. Bedtime was Probiotic Ultra and another Repair Ultra, which helped me to wake up feeling fresh the next day.
I can safely say the YOR Health product range had a huge impact on my results especially when it came to my recovery and finding that motivation in the late afternoon. Working full time in the Navy does take its toll some days spa Superblast on the way home and to the box was a true life saver.
