So excited to have finished my 2nd cycle of the challenge!

This 8 week challenge was a little different for me because I was also preparing for a bodybuilding show. I know that the power of the enzymes I was taking did so much for me in terms of more completely breaking down the foods I was bringing in to ensure more complete nutrition during my prep.

The products I used were the MRP, greens, berry blast, fiber, and a daily pack. I simply LOVE those products and how they work together to keep me feeling great even during the times of lower calorie intake.

My days started with my probiotic and repair before breakfast. In the midmorning, I would take my berry blast and greens instead of having coffee. The ladies at the office have come to know this as the green monster! Then I would have some mrp, fiber, and cinnamon while training. Post workout meals were always the largest so having the digest enzymes were critical to the success of this challenge.

These 8 weeks absolutely flew by and I think the results speak for themselves! Can't wait to start another one!
