Hola Challengers, en este reto mi peso inicial fue de 88.5 kg y mi final 87.0, aunque no llegue a mi meta, cada vez siento que se va recogiendo la panza y la piel.
Los productos que use fueron el YOR Shake en el desayuno y en la cena, Probiotics Ultra y EssentialVitamins al despertar. Ahh y SuperGreens!!
En la comida Digest Ultra y Essential Vitamin para mejorar la digestion.
A media mañana o a veces a media tarde me tomo un sobre de Berry Blast para agarrar pila, ya que me desvelo mucho jejej, y con esto evito el cafe y los refrescos.
durante mi reto solo he podido caminar un par de veces por semana ya que por mi condicion medica no debo hacer ejercicio, y no me he dado el tiempo de salir a trotar.
