En este ciclo de reto creo que avancé un poco en cuestión de la comida ya que trataba de evitar al máximo comer cosas grasosas o dulces y procuraba comer unas 4 veces al día mínimo una dieta en su mayoría enfocada en proteínas.
Trataba de hacer mínimo una hora diaria de ejercicio en el gimnasio y tomaba 2 Repairs y una medida de super greens con fruta antes de entrenar; YOR MRP en la mañana después del ejercicio y previo a un desayuno que casi siempre era sándwich de pechuga de pollo con verduras; en la tarde comía generalmente comida corrida de 3 tiempos evitando pastas y carbohidratos, acompañado de 1 enzima y dos vitaminas y por la noche cenar yogurt o algo ligero para descansar bien.
Aún no tendré el mejor físico pero sí he notado muchos más cambios que antes y voy por otro ciclo más hasta quedar ganador y poder concursar en Miami :D!!!
