Estoy feliz con mi resultado en el reto de 8 semanas. En esta ocasión hice algo diferente, cambié mi rutina de pesas por clases de freemotion en las dos semanas y media últimas de mi reto y me he sentido muy bien, además de hacer media hora de cardio después de mi clase. En total hago una hora y 15 minutos de ejercicio 4 veces por semana. Creo que el darle variedad a mi rutina de ejercicio me ayudó mucho.
En las mañanas me tomo mi yor shake de vainilla con fibra y un poco de fresas naturales y dos vitaminas, a media mañana un snack de almendras con arándanos y un supergreens con berry blast, a mediodía dos vitaminas y una cápsula de digest ultra, un snack de nueces o almendras y por la noche mi yor shake de chocolate con fibra y dos vitaminas. Antes de acostarme tomo 1 probiótico y 2 cápsulas de repair.
Es maravilloso estar en el reto. Me siento feliz con mi progreso y excelentemente bien de salud.
