Mi nombre es Jose Miguel Salazar Ochoa, Empecé mi reto pesando 80kg y lo terminé con un peso de 83kg.

Siempre quise ponerme en forma, pero la verdad nunca estuve tan motivado, el Reto me empujó y motivó a luchar para alcanzar mis metas y lograr ser una persona más saludable.

Utilicé yor mrp como colación a media mañana y terminando de entrenar, Yor Repair al despertar y antes de dormir, Yor Muscle Energy durante el entrenamiento, Berry Blast cuando me faltaba energía, al desayunar Yor Vitamins y cuando comía pesado tomaba Yor Digest Ultra. Cuidé que en mi alimentación no faltaran proteínas (Desayuno-Colación-Comida-Colación-Cena).

Las primeras cuatro semanas entrené de Lunes a Viernes, Las últimas cuatro semanas no pude entrenar todos los días por motivos personales, pero las ganas no me faltaron.

El reto me llevó a tener una vida más saludable, Padecí Lumbalgia por debilitamiento muscular varios meses, pero a partir de mis entrenamientos he logrado terminar con ese problema, Me he sentido con mucha más energía, y he aprendido a tener mayor disciplina para lograr lo que me proponga. Me siento feliz y muy satisfecho por haber logrado concluir de manera exitosa mi Reto!!
