Soy Luz Alicia Ochoa Gutierrez y tengo 62 años y cuando empece con el reto pesaba 79 kg, había tratado desde hace varios años bajar de peso, pero por mi edad es muy difícil porque el metabolismo que se vuelve mas lento y pensé que ya me quedaría así, me escondía entre la ropa holgada y siempre acomplejada, mi autoestima muy baja.
