I used all the products for the first 5 weeks and unfortunately wasn’t on them for the last 3 weeks up at work but I still felt stronger for having taken them for those 5 weeks in a row.
I was surprised not to hit my weight goal however, very happy to see that my muscles are building and that would be the reason for a gain in weight at this stage rather than a loss.
My mornings were started with Supergreens, Fibre and a Berry Blast. Along with 2x Repair Ultra, and 1x Probitoics.
After my workout I drank 2x scoops of Vanilla MRP – my favourite!!
With lunch and dinner I took 1x Digest Ultra and 2x Multivitamins.
I usually had another Supergreens shake in the afternoon to reduce any snacking or craving tendencies.
I was in the gym 4-5 times a week splitting my workouts into different muscle groups. The BodySpace App helped me keep my training interesting and focused. It is easy to move towards doing your favourite exercises if you haven’t already planned a workout before heading to the gym!
The 8 week challenge has had a huge impact on my life, it has given me that initial kick start and motivation to continue on in to a second challenge and move closer to my competition goals this year.
