Hola, realmente, para mi es emocionante haber y seguir logrando mis metas.. mi peso anterior era de 50 kg, y ahora es de 51 kg los suplemento que use para llegar a mi peso final son:MRP, Super Green,; Berry Blast, Probióticos,Digest Ultra antes del ejercicio, después del ejercicio MRP, Yor Muscle Energy...
Mi fecuencia de hacer ejercicio es 3 km de trote y 2 km de caminata, abdominales aerobicas 3 series de 8...
