What an incredible 8 week journey. I was able to keep focused on my goal because of the YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE. As I get older, it is definitely harder and harder to lose my excess weight. I have tried numerous other diets and plans, but nothing has worked until NOW! I began this journey by focusing on each individual day. I replaced each lunch with a MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE with SUPERGREENS and a banana - my co-workers thought I was crazy for not deviating from my shake EVERY day. Shortly after lunch I would either take 2 COMPLETEBURNS or put Berry Blast in my water. I take a Digest Ultra with each Dinner. I finished each day with a Probiotic Ultra and then documented my caloric intake. A few weeks into the Challenge I replaced my breakfast with a MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE to give myself an extra boost. I was very diligent in eating a healthy morning and afternoon snack to keep my metabolism raised. What amazed me the most was how much energy I now have. I work a full time job and then every day after work my husband and I refurbish rental properties that we own. I've never had so much energy in the evenings before. This is GREAT! I want to thank all those who have supported me through this journey especially my YOR Health Independent Rep who checked up on me several times a week and even supplied me with a blender at work to make my shakes. Thank you, the pounds are dropping off. I weighed 191 when I began YOR products and began the challenge at a beginning weight of 185. My current weight is 176 and still dropping!
