Hi! It's very hard for me to express how I feel,I am very tankful to Yor health and the best body challenge not only because I am getting in shape but also because it's my motivation to keep on going. I had some difficult times in the process,a lot of stress,depression,etc.But thanks to the MRP l was able to eat properly and the Super Greens helping me by keep my body alkaline after all that stress.The complete burn give me the energy that I needed when all I wanted to do was sleep.
I have three kids so I am running all day,on those days when I was not feeling good they will come and say "Mom don't worry we will get our food ready " and my surprise was,they grab the cups,ice and MRP.
Am so proud of myself because l accomplished my goal and l am not stopping there .My self-esteem it's up again. Thank's to coach Jose Nilo for all the support during this process.
