Oops! I joined the sculpting comp instead of the weight loss comp! Now that was an unknown challenge - I still did my best tho.
I Started at 116kg, final weight. 100kg! my goal was 2kg a week and I made it :-) Super happy! Haven't given up yet tho! Still gonna keep on keeping on! I'd like to lose another 5kg.
I lost my first 5kg in my first 2 weeks! It was an amazing confidence booster - i found that it was all thanks to the Yor Digest Ultra which i took with every meal. That helped get rid of all the undigested junk i had in my stomach, and the other big help was the MRP (which I love!), I took these twice a day in between 3 small meals.
I had personal training twice a week with Ignite Performance Health and Fitness here in Sydney, he was a huge encouragement and supported me with the YorHealth brand, buying products for himself and also selling them through his studio!
The challenge really opened my eyes to the fact that healthy lifestyles really do give you more energy and really helps you both mentally and physically feel better about yourself. I recommend this challenge to everyone who wants a fresher look on life!
