Hola, a continucion detallo mi gran desafio, busque una gran solucion a mi sobrepeso, encontrando en mi camino YOR HEALTH, estoy feliz he bajado 10 KG. En dos meses, he bajado en talla mas de lo que. Se imaginan, tan solo vean mis fotos... Mi esto hago ha dismunuido me puedo fajar ya la ropa y. Soy otra persona ante el espejo, seguire en este camino hasta llegar a mi talla y peso idoneo, debo compartir como me alimentaba y usaba los suplementos, al despertar tomo un probiotico y un repair, para desayuno una malteada de vainilla con una de fibra (riquisima)... Despues a la hora de la comida carne con ensalada una de digest en el segundo bocado y una de vitaminas, ademas por la tarde una de super green, por la no he la malteada con una de fibra... Con esta formula baje dos tallas y DIEZ KILOGRAMOS. Aunque todavia no me lo creo. Baje mas de una kg por semana.
