This cycle has been a great experience. I had taken some time off from the gym since last July, no good reason but it was eye opening because I gained a lot of weight and I kept brushing it off and making excuses. By New Years 2014, I was back up to 180 lbs after having worked myself down to 154 lbs in July.

One of the reasons why this challenge has been a great experience is because it reminded me of how difficult it can be to start working out, especially in the first two weeks. As long as you can stick through the first couple of weeks and really commit to yourself, it becomes easier and more enjoyable. My confidence started rebuilding and even though I am not back to where I was last year, I know that I am actually developing my body even better this time around with a stronger foundation with new techniques and tips towards being healthy and fit.

My product regimen included a Completeburns before every workout for the boost of energy as well as place some attention on my water weight. I go through a gallon of water a day easily, so that also assisted with my water balance. I would drink my YOR Shake (Vanilla) half hour into my workout and would continue my exercises. It wasn't until the second month that I started taking the Repair Ultra but I did notice great results with my body after having done so. Throughout the 8 Weeks, I kept my Probiotics Ultra consistent with one a day, usually at night before going to bed and Digest Ultra sparingly with heavy meals.

I do exercise five days a week, some days harder than others, but I kept that as a consistent factor and my final weight is 3 lbs away from my goal.
